Club software, flipped
Club software your members will actually use. We only make money when your members are playing.
Keep your books, keep your stack, this bolts on. Your club’s own app, on every member’s phone, and one text and he is in, no account, no password, ever. Your club keeps a share of every fee its members generate.
One member's week
One text, and the whole club opens up to him.
Bolt on, one layer at a time
Seven layers. Start with one, beside what you already run.
Start with the league night, or the tee sheet, or lessons, or the club’s website. Your books stay where they are and there is no other switch to flip. Add the rest as members ask.
Keep your books, keep your stack, this bolts on.
Live
One club
A full season of real play.
Ripped out
Nothing
Your stack is still your stack.
The member
He taps one text and he is in.
The club’s own app is on his phone from that one tap, with no account and no password, not even the first time. Then he puts a game up and the club fills it.
On the course
His usual, already in the cooler.
He picked it when he booked. On the seventh he orders two more from his phone.
For the pro
His sheet, his nights, his lesson book. Drawn, scored, kept.
The sheet fills itself while he works. The teams for league night are drawn ahead, and a lesson lands on the member’s account the moment he closes it out.
- Dead simple to say in or out, one tap on a text.
- The first club’s men’s night: 14 men, then 50 to 60 most Thursdays.
- That many men on a Thursday eat and drink on property.

and the same management system behind it, untouched
The dashed rows are the system your club already runs. It stays. Nothing here replaces it.
What the club captures
Every cooler, sleeve, lesson and entry lands on his member account the same evening, and your bookkeeper posts it in your own system, the way she always has. Month end is a file, not a migration.
Pricing is covered on the call.
No gaming, no wallets, no custody of anybody’s money. Every fee is a software fee for organizing, and it is collected on your own billing.
What the club sees
Trending up, or going quiet.
Who is leaning in and who is drifting, by name, and what went on member accounts over the last thirty days against the thirty before. Every count is derived from what members did, never typed.
The founder
Built by a member who got tired of waiting.
Golf keeps finding its way back into my life. I was the cart boy in high school and college, then spent a year behind the pro shop counter.
Years later, as a member, I watched our club try to get a Thursday men’s night going. Every group in its own silo, and it never stuck.
So I built the thing that stuck: teams drawn fair, a board that keeps itself, a night that finally ran itself.
I had spent years running MaddenTurf, a paid membership community hundreds of members strong, so I knew what keeps people coming back. The night filled. Then the club asked me to make it official. That is what this is.
Chris Cochran, founder
Coming to the App Store
His club texts him one link. It opens on any phone.
It works in his phone’s browser from the first tap. ClubLayer is coming to the App Store for the member who wants the icon on his home screen.

See it now
What your members see, right now.
A short call with Chris first, then one link opens what your members see.
Three fields, then Chris calls to set up a time.
The link opens Cedar Hollow Golf Club, a club that exists only inside this product, so you can tap anything without touching anybody’s real season.
