Installing ClubLayer OS
Your install plan
Keep your books. Start with one layer.
This is an illustrative schedule. Actual dates are agreed per club.
Your ClubLayer install lead owns the plan, the dry run and the rollback with your club's staff.

We bolt on beside your system in days, and your books do not move.
Day 1
Agree the first layer
Choose the layer, staff contacts and checks together. Your existing system stays live.
Day 3
Do a dry run
Staff try the chosen layer before members use it. Check the roster, access and the way back together.
Day 7
Sign off before opening
Your club signs off before the layer opens. Jonas or Clubessential stays beside it; your books stay where they are.
One layer at a time with Buz
Each layer moves at your club's pace, starting with the tee sheet.
Day 1
Plan the tee sheet
Agree the tee-sheet checks and the club's pace. Buz remains the live booking record.
Day 3
Mirror and dry run
Staff compare the tee-sheet mirror with Buz. Member bookings stay in Buz until your club signs off.
Day 7
Review, then decide
Switch only when your club signs off. If it is not ready, keep Buz live and agree new dates. Repeat for each next layer.
A way back at every step
Agree the rollback before the dry run: pause the new layer and return to the old workflow if a check fails. The old system stays live until your club signs off. Your ledger, POS and dues billing stay untouched.
