Four answers a board votes on, and none of them is a leap of faith.
What it costs. What it touches. What members have to do. How you leave.
The four answers
Everything a board asks.
1. What it costs the club
On the call
2. What it touches
Nothing
Not the general ledger, not membership billing, not the point of sale.
3. How members sign in
They do not
The shop texts one link and the club’s app is on his phone. No account, no password, not even the first time.
4. How you leave
An export
Roster, rounds, results and charges come back as files. Nothing was replaced.
The arithmetic
Drop a bill, collect a share, and sign nothing away.
Software fees only. Entry money and pot money stay on separate ledgers, forever.
No gaming, no wallets, no custody of anybody’s money. Every fee is a software fee for organizing, and it is collected on your own billing.
Beside the systems your club runs
Your stack stays. Choose your layers.

and the same management system behind it, untouched
The dashed rows are the system your club already runs. It stays. Nothing here replaces it.
Printed, so the board can read it
Pricing
Members pay a small software fee, shown as one capped line on their club statement. For the club's side, talk to us.
Pricing is covered on the call.
The questions that come next
Asked and answered.
Who are you, and how many clubs run this?
One club, live, through a full season of real play. Its board is public; look before you talk to anybody.
What happens to the money?
It never moves through us. Charges post on your own billing.
Is this gambling software?
No. We hold no money and settle nothing between members. The pot is the league’s own, run by the shop, and none of it moves through us. The Ace Pot is the club’s own program on the club’s own billing, and our fee is flat administration, never a cut.
What does the club do to start?
Send the member list you already export, say which layers you want, and let the shop text.
What do we switch off to start?
Nothing. Your accounting system keeps the books, whether that is Jonas or something else, and you keep your tee sheet where it is. One layer goes in beside what you already run, and the rest come on when your members ask.
Keep your books, keep your stack, this bolts on.
